‘I have no doubts about Alex’s talent’
Crew Chief Pete Jennings catches up with WorldSBK.com.
2015 has been a year of challenges for Pete Jennings as he stepped up to the Crew Chief role for Alex Lowes. Ever since Voltcom Crescent Suzuki changed its electronics from Aragon onwards, the bikes of Lowes and Randy de Puniet have been on the back foot. But Jennings is certainly not writing his man off.
“I have no doubts about Alex’s talent, that is for sure,” Jennings tells WorldSBK.com. “I feel disappointed that the team has not been able to give him something with which to show his talent. He did an awesome job in Suzuka (8 Hours). It’s a different championship here, but that showed what he is capable of. He also showed what he is capable of in Thailand, when he was racing on equal ground.”
